- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated along the way.
- As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email to follow its little adventure.
- Sometimes unexpected things (like weather or courier delays) can slow things down, but we promise we’ll always be here to support you if that happens.
🎁 Free Shipping, Always!
- No minimums. No hidden conditions. Just free shipping all over India — whether you pick one tee or a whole bundle of them!
🔍 Tracking & Updates
- You’ll get a tracking number once your order is shipped — so you can watch it inch closer to you.
- If there’s any delay, we will gladly help you to coordinate with our courier partners to sort things out.
💌 In Case of Missed Deliveries
- Our courier friends usually try delivering more than once.
- If the order comes back to us (because of an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal), we won’t be able to refund the product or shipping charges.
- But don’t worry — if you still want your goodies, we’ll happily resend them! (You’ll just need to cover the re-shipping cost with the correct address.)

💛 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At VibeHalt, we pour love into every piece we send out. But sometimes, little hiccups happen —
and when they do, we’ve got your back! Here’s our simple & caring policy:
🌸 Defective or Damaged Products
- We check every order carefully before it leaves us, but if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, don’t worry — we’ll replace it or refund you.
- Just let us know within 7 days of delivery, along with an unboxing video + clear photos (this helps us verify and resolve faster 💌).
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll either send you a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund — your choice!
🎨 Wrong Product Received
- If by chance you receive the wrong size, design, or product — oops! That’s on us 💛.
- Share photos (and if possible, an unboxing video) within 7 days of delivery.
- We’ll quickly verify and send you the correct item right away.
📏 Size Issues / Change of Mind
- Since each piece is made-to-order just for you, we unfortunately don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:
- Ordering the wrong size,
- Change of mind, or
- Color not matching expectations.
